一种抽油机间抽与功率切换控制装置,它包括功率变送器、单片机控制器、A/D转换电路和开关量输出电路。功率变送器接电机的主回路,具体地接电机的电源空气开关与接触器回路中间。将电机的输出功率转换成电流信号,经过A/D转换器进行模数转换,送至控制装置的单片机控制器,单片机口线接程序存储器和数据存储器,单片机输出通过开关输出量通过继电器直接控制抽油机电控箱的交流接触器。单片机输入端接轻触式按键和显示器。本实用新型将Δ/Y双向切换与定时间抽控制功能合为一体,实现Δ/Y双向自动切换和具有定时间抽功能的智能控制,使得抽油机可以在更加节能与安全的状态下运行。
