PURPOSE: A device and a process for molding a crash pad for an invisible airbag are provided to form a cut groove by projecting a knife between the knife and a mold frame and dipping the knife to raw material solution which is to be hardened. CONSTITUTION: A device for molding a crash pad for an invisible airbag comprises a lower mold(120), a resin mold(180), an upper mold(110), a skin(182), a skin material, and a cut groove(150). The lower mold has a plurality of air paths. The resin mold is placed in the lower mold, wherein the skin is placed to receive raw material solution. A knife(140) is projected from the upper mold to downwards. The upper mold is located at an upper part of the resin mold to form space between the skin. The resin mold has a plurality of fine holes, and adsorbs the skin. In a primary process, the knife is inserted to the raw material solution and cooling the raw material solution for forming the skin material. The cut groove is formed when at the primary process. The skin material is hardened by the skin reaction.
