PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection pipe device and a ground injection construction method, the device being entirely or partially formed of biodegradable plastics such that even if the device is left behind in the ground after injection of a filler into the ground, it is decomposed by microorganisms in the ground and converted into harmless substances such as water and carbon dioxide, thus preventing troubles such as obstructing the excavation of the ground and causing decrease in workability, or elution of the components of the device into underground water, as would occur in shield construction methods.SOLUTION: The injection pipe device A has a discharge opening 3 and is buried in the ground 8 to be injected, to inject a ground filler into the ground 8 through the discharge opening 3. The whole or part of the injection pipe device A is formed of biodegradable plastics. Further, the ground injection method comprises burying into the ground 8 to be injected the injection pipe device A having the discharge opening 3 and formed entirely or partially of biodegradable plastics, and then leaving the injection pipe device A behind in the ground 8 after injecting the ground filler into the ground 8 through the discharge opening 3.
