A wireless interface unit is connected to a stabilized voltage unit through a rectifier unit. Output of the stabilized voltage unit is connected to a charge unit, a communication unit, a calculation storage unit, an input and output unit, a power supply switching unit and a main control unit respectively and used for supplying power to the units. Output of the charge unit is connected to input ends of a battery interface and the power supply switching unit respectively, and output of the power supply switching unit is connected to a power supply output port.
