[EN] The invention relates to a lignin plastified adhesive biological carbon-base urea and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the an agricultural biomass fertilizer and a preparation technique thereof. The biological carbon-base urea is composed of pyrolytic biomass carbon, urea and alkali lignin in different weight ratios. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pulverizing crop waste, pyrolyzing to perform carbonizing treatment to obtain the pyrolytic biomass carbon, uniformly mixing the pyrolytic biomass carbon with the urea and alkali lignin, adding 100 wt% of water, heating at 60 DEG C in a sealed environment for 5-10 minutes to obtain a raw material, adding the raw material into a mold, carrying out pressure forming, and drying the formed lignin plastified adhesive biological carbon-base urea at 45 DEG C for 2 hours to obtain the finished product. The lignin plastified adhesive biological carbon-base urea has novel, reasonable an simple components; and the manufacturing technique is simple and easy to implement, and has the advantages of low production cost, high utilization ratio of fertilizer, long fertilizer effect time and low environmental pollution.

[ZH] 木质素塑化粘结生物炭基尿素及备方法属于农用生物质肥料及制备技术;所述生物炭基尿素由热解生物质炭、尿素和碱木质素按不同重量比组成;制备时,将农作物废弃物粉碎后热解炭化处理得热解生物质炭,将热解生物质炭与尿素、碱木质素均匀混合,加入总重量10%的水分,在60℃环境中密封加热5-10分钟,得到原料,将原料装入模具中压力成型,成型后的木质素塑化粘结生物质炭基尿素在45℃条件下烘干2小时,得成品;本发明组分新颖、合理、简单,制造工艺简便易行,生产成本低廉,肥料利用率高,肥效时间长,环境污染轻。
