The invention provides a method for generating autologous germline stem cells through human somatic cell reversion differentiation, which comprises the steps that culture fluid containing different plant extracts and protein ingredients is adopted for culturing human somatic cells step by step, so the autologous germline stem cells are generated through the somatic cell reversion differentiation. In the method, first-generation autologous germline stem cells at the ten-billion number level are generated in two weeks. The plant and protein induced human autologous germline stem cells have cell special phenotype similar to human natural germline stem cells and maintain high amplification passage capability. The method is suitable for building a novel autologous germline stem cell bank, the autologous germline stem cells and the individual inheritance information are permanently preserved for a long time, in addition, the method is used in the industrialization field of disease treatment of regenerative medicine, anti-ageing health care, autologous tissue organ engineering and autologous germline stem cell production, and the plant and protein induced human autologous germline stem cells have good potential application prospects.
