The invention belongs to the technical field of high manganese steel in steel metallurgy casting industry, and especially relates to a high manganese steel with ultra-high strength, high impact resistance and high abrasion resistance. The high manganese steel comprises ingredients of, by weight percentage, carbon 0.9-1.2, silicon 0.3-0.6, manganese 16-22, chromium 1.5-2.0, molybdenum 0.5-0.8, nickel 0.3-0.5, copper 0.2-0.4, sulfur no more than 0.04, phosphor no more than 0.03 and composite rare earth modifier 0.1-0.3, or comprises ingredients of, by weight percentage, carbon 0.9-1.2, silicon 0.3-0.5, manganese 17-20, chromium 1.7-2.0, molybdenum 0.5-0.8, copper 0.2-0.4, sulfur no more than 0.035, phosphor no more than 0.03, vanadium 0.2-0.4, titanium 0.1-0.15 and composite rare earth modifier 0.1-0.3. The invention has been applied to a coarse ore machine of a concentrating mill, and has been well verified that service life of the high manganese steel is 1.5-2 times of that of an imported Mn18Cr2. In addition, the high manganese steel has stable and reliable usage quality and a substantially increased service life.
