The invention discloses a power supply device with adjustable switching frequency. The power supply device comprises a control circuit used for controlling the switching frequency of the power supply device and a fixed-slope oscillation unit arranged in the control circuit. The power supply device of the invention is provided with a fixed-slope oscillation unit used for adjusting the switching frequency of the power supply device to properly reduce the switching loss of a switching transistor of the power supply device, thus achieving the purpose of increasing the output efficiency of the power supply device.
